Delivery and Returns

SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA IS FREE!  🚚 (can i get a toot-toot 📯) 

We are currently only shipping within Australia. 

All orders will be dispatched within 2 days from the Gold Coast, and can be expected to be delivered in these time frames using our trusted courier provider.

Brisbane metro area: 2-6 working days

To other capital cities in Australia: 4-9 working days

To rural Australia: 6-12 working days

Tracking 

All of our orders are shipped with tracking, and your tracking information will be sent to you after dispatch. Please note that it is your responsibility to check the tracking. If the parcel is late or is not delivered, please notify us by email no later than 5 days after it is considered late or delivered. This is the time frame given to us by our couriers, and therefore we can not be held responsible for any missing/late packages after this time frame. All of our deliveries have ATL - 'Authority to Leave' at a safe location, so please check for this, as fairly regularly the courier will place your parcel somewhere near your front door and out of the weather if they can. If you do not believe your address has a safe location, please write this in your order notes. 

Please note, you are responsible for listing the correct delivery address on your order - if it is incorrect and the package is returned to us, you will need to pay an additional delivery fee for the re-delivery cost.

If you're not completely relaxing on your beach days with Nomadique within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund your money, no questions asked. It's time to unwind with confidence!

In the unlikely event that you aren't 100% happy and wish to return something to us, please email us at hey@nomadiqueco.com to speak to one of our Happiness Champions.  They will see if we can help you resolve the issue, or alternatively provide you with the returns info (you are responsible for shipping and returns fees).

Conditions 

Return must be received within 30 days. Only towels purchased from nomadiqueco.com will be accepted along with proof of purchase. Refunds will only be given back onto the same payment method. 

You will be refunded once we receive the item back, so we do advise tracking to be used when returning products. We do not refund any delivery or return shipping fees. 

If you wish to exchange for another type, you must also pay the new delivery fee.
